Cast Iron BBQ Lentel
Cast iron doesn't hold up under continued high heat. Eventually it begins to deteriorate and needs replacing. Likewise, it is difficult to clean the carbon deposits from the holes.
I would like to find this item in bronze even though it would be considerably higher in price, would last a lot longer and be easier to clean.
