Full Description: This Broilking® griddle features a large 21 inch x 12 inch, heavy cast cooking area allowing you to cook pancakes, eggs, bacon and more all at one time. Charcoal grey, high-tech, non-stick commercial cooking surface and immersible base allow for easy clean up. Cool-touch stainless steel handles make using it safe and worry free. Back legs elevate to drain grease from food while cooking. Removable grease tray. Even heat up to 425 degrees. Uses a 3-prong commercial cordset and is rated at 120 volts - 1500 watts - 12. 5 amps. UL listed. Two year warranty.
